NEW ORLEANS ETCHINGS BY PHILLIP SAGE

One of New Orleans best know printmakers and artists, Phllip Sage , was first exposed to the picturesque charms of New Orleans when he was in the United States Coast Guard and was stationed in the city.

His talent for etching on copper plates and individually hand printing them on an old English press is a classic skill combining the expertise of the artist and artisan. All are printed on the finest papers. The editions are limited, and signed, titled and numbered sequentially in pencil.

Mr. Sage's work has been collected by art lovers locally and nationally for the last three decades.
