Crawfish Monica is a delectable blend of tender crawfish in a rich spicy cream sauce served over premium "rotina", a spiral pasta.

Our "Invite Monica to Dinner" package will feed 12 as an entrée or 24 as an appetizer. It includes 4 lbs of Cajun Monica sauce, 2 lbs of cooked crawfish and 4 lbs of cooked rotina pasta shipped frozen and includes overnight UPS charge.
