Which Credit Cards do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
Our secure site protects your card information, and we will NOT share that information with anyone.
Note: It is important that you enter your name exactly as it is printed on the card you intend to use.
Do you accept personal checks or money orders?
Yes, but paying by personal check or money order will delay shipment. For instructions on how to pay by check or money order, e-mail BobWallNOLA@yahoo.com or call 504-866-3979.
Is there a minimum amount I have to order?
Yes, we require a minimum purchase of $20.00 to process your order.
Which delivery service do you use?
UPS is our preferred delivery service. We offer UPS Ground and 2nd Day Air as our delivery options. You can select your preferred shipment method for most items (although some of our perishable items have a required shipment method built into the price).
After we ship your order, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to follow the progress of your shipment.
How long will it take to receive my items from the time I place my order?
We make every effort to ship your order within two or three days of receiving it. With UPS Ground, you should allow an additional four to six days for travel time. With 2nd Day Air, you can expect your order to arrive two days after we package your merchandise and deliver it to our shipping partner.
Do you ship to all 50 states? Internationally?
We do ship to all 50 states and Canada, but we do not offer any other international shipping at this time. We expect to be able to accommodate international orders in the future, and our website will reflect that option when it becomes available.
Will you ship to addresses other than the address of the cardholder?
Yes. Our site provides a place where you can enter this information. We can also ship to multiple addresses and include a gift card if that is appropriate.
Is a shipping charge always added to my order?
A shipping fee is charged for all items; however, a few items (i.e. Mardi Gras King Cakes) include the shipping charge in their base prices. If the price of the item already includes the shipping charge, that information is clearly stated in the product description. In a few cases, we might recommend that you select 2nd Day Air, but that is not required.
For all purchases where a shipping charge is not already included in the price, your can calculate your shipping charge using the amounts reflected in the chart below.
Note: There will be a surcharge for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

What is your Return Policy?
We, of course, want to ensure our customer’s satisfaction, and we will accept returns of nonperishable items for a full refund if notified within five days of receipt.
Note: We cannot accept returns of perishable food items. Returned merchandise must be in good condition and resalable. You must notify us of your intent to return products. You can notify us by email at BobWallNOLA@yahoo.com or by calling 504.866.3979.
